All Decks include the following: |
- Concrete footers
- Support Posts
- Pressure Treated (ACQ) Wood Frame, 12" OC
- All siding is removed from house at ledger and flashing is
installed to protect
house.
- Decking (Wood or Composite)
- All decks are screwed down with matching screws
- Custom solid built rails
- 1 set of step rails on both sides
- All permits and fees
- All decks built at or above local codes
- 1 Year Warranty

Docking Materials Available Include:

Screws versus Nails: |
| You have a choice of materials, upon
selection of decking materials we will provide you with the appropriate
ring shank nails or screws (some screws are available with neutral
colored epoxy coatings to help them blend into a variety of decking
materials) to do the job right the first time, so that you get the
most life and pleasure out of your deck. |
