The Sun-In Advantage. Satisfaction Guarantee Sun-In Builders offers our customers a One (1) Year Satisfaction Guarantee on all of our decks from the date of completion. We will repair or replace any defective parts or materials on our decks free of charge for One (1) Full Year from the date of completion.* * Repairs covered by guarantee are subject to inspection by Sun-In Builders prior to repair work beginning to determine the cause of the defect and if, in fact, it is covered by the guarantee. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper care (failure by owner to apply stain or water protection to deck), mistreatment, weather damage, or fire.
